Department Logos and Letterhead

The University of Florida name and brand carry a lot of weight. From research posters to study recruitment materials, the UF/HOBI logo can be used to identify our department and legitimize materials and research. Below are the image files for the internal and external departmental logos and our department letterhead.

College of Medicine (COM) with HOBI Logo

HOBI logo - UF Health Outcomes and Biomedical Informatics, College of Medicine, University of Florida

Use this logo when developing materials for external audiences outside of the College of Medicine.

HOBI Logo without College of Medicine

HOBI Logo - Health Outcomes and Biomendical Informatics, University of Florida

Use this logo if materials are limited to internal audiences on the UF campus.

Email Lists & Signatures

HOBI Listservs

Use the following current listservs for submitting emails to HOBI Faculty Members, Postdocs, Staff, and Students. Emails sent to these listservs are subject to moderator approval. Visit our guide to sending internal department emails for more information.

Email Signatures

As of December 2025, UF has updated its brand standards for email signatures. Employees are asked to include only the required information, with approved fonts and colors, so every message reflects UF’s standards. To review these standards and generate a UF branded signature, you may visit the signature generator on the UF Brand Center website.

Do not include a HOBI or College of Medicine logo. Do not include pronouns, personal websites, or social media. An acceptable alternative to using the UF branded email signature is using a text-only signature including the following required information:

  • Name
  • Title
  • University of Florida
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number

Include a physical address only if your role requires it.

Updating UF Health Directory Profile

The UF Health Directory contains information on all UF Health-related persons, regardless of their location or affiliation. This includes faculty, staff and students for UF, as well as staff at UF Health Shands (and related hospitals), and UF Health Jacksonville.

HOBI affiliated faculty, staff, and students are encouraged to update their directory to include educational accomplishments, grant awards, research publications, and more. An up-to-date profile ensure your information will auto-populate correctly across UF Health hosted websites.
