Dr. Christopher Cogle
Dr. Cogle is a professor of medicine at the University of Florida, Chief Medical Officer for Florida Medicaid, and Director of the Florida Health Policy Leadership Academy. He is a practicing oncologist with an internationally recognized clinic, a distinguished researcher, and an honored lecturer with over 130 publications and several patents. Dr. Cogle has extensive experience in training community leaders and mentoring students. He is recognized by the National Academy of Medicine as an Emerging Leader in Health and Medicine Scholar.

Dr. Jaclyn Hall
Dr. Hall is a medical geographer in the Department of Health Outcomes and Bioinformatics and Director of the Florida Research Data Center. She has extensive experience in spatial technology and environmental data analysis and has contributed to a variety of community health and health policy research, including within the UF Cancer Center, Clinical and Translational Sciences Institute, and large Medicaid Managed Care evaluation projects.

Dr. Frederick Kates
Dr. Kates is a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Health Services, Management, and Policy in the College of Public Health at the University of Florida. He is also active in research surrounding health policy, tobacco control, and educational technology for online instruction. Dr. Kates has been recognized with the SCPHA’s J. Michael Suber Media Excellence Award for sharing best pedagogical practices and online course development strategies and the UF Clinical and Translational Science Institute Educator Award.

Dr. Jennifer LeLaurin
Dr. LeLaurin is an assistant professor in the Department of Health Outcomes & Biomedical Informatics at the University of Florida College of Medicine and Assistant Director of the Learning Health System Initiative at the UF Clinical and Translational Science Institute. She has a background in implementation science and public health. She specializes in using qualitative and mixed-methods approaches to support implementation of technology-based interventions in clinical settings. Her current research focuses on social determinants of health and tobacco control.

Dr. Choeeta Chakrabarti
Dr. Chakrabarti is a professor and researcher in the Department of Anthropology at Florida State University. She received her PhD in Cultural Anthropology at the University of Florida and worked as a medical anthropologist at the UF Institute for Child Health Policy with an interest in disparities in health outcomes. Dr. Chakrabarti’s current research combines observation, semi-structured interviews, free lists, personal network analysis and questionnaires to study the influence of social context on ideological adherence and motivation in rural America.

Dr. Ramzi Salloum
Dr. Salloum is a Professor, the Associate Chair for Research, and the Chief of the Division of Implementation Science and Health Interventions in the Department of Health Outcomes & Biomedical Informatics at the University of Florida College of Medicine. Salloum also serves as the Associate Director of Community Outreach and Engagement at the UF Health Cancer Institute and the Director of the Learning Health System Program at the UF Clinical and Translational Science Institute.
