Accessing Adobe Stock Images

Adobe Stock provides University of Florida affiliates possessing a full Adobe Creative Cloud suite license access to more than 300 million  royalty-free, high-resolution images, templates, illustrations, and 3D assets.

What type of assets are available on Adobe Stock?

High-quality photos, illustrations, vector graphics, 3D assets, design templates, and motion graphics templates are available to users on the Adobe Stock website.

Note: Video, Audio, and Premium Photos are not included as free assets within the University’s Adobe Stock Enterprise license but are available for purchase as outlined below.

How do I access and download Adobe Stock assets?

Adobe Stock assets can be licensed and downloaded in a single click:

  1. Navigate to the Adobe Stock website and sign in using your GatorLink account credentials.
  2. Search for and find a photo, illustration, or vector you want to use in your project.
  3. Mouse over the asset and click the License icon to download the file.
    • If an asset is already marked Licensed, it has been previously downloaded by a UF user and can be used again. Simply click the Licensed icon followed by Re-Download For Free to download the asset
    • If an asset is marked Buy, it is a premium asset available for purchase. Simply click the Buy icon and enter payment information to download the asset. After purchase, the asset becomes available for use by all users with an UF Adobe Stock Enterprise license.
  4. A notification will be displayed stating Your assets have been successfully licensed! and download of the asset will begin.

You may explore free stock photography collections via the website below. Images categorized under a Creative Commons license are available to use for your projects–always make sure to read any requirements before downloading an image to determine if attribution is required.
