CTSR Design Studio presents Emre Sezgin, PhD

Please join our department faculty, postdocs, and students for this month's CTSR Design Studio "Designing Conversational AI to Improve Access to Care" presented by Emre Sezgin, PhD. Your insights and expertise will be invaluable in helping bring these projects to fruition.

Dr. Sezgin, PhD, is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at The Ohio State University College of Medicine and a Principal Investigator in the Center for Biobehavioral Health at Nationwide Childrens Hospital. He is a digital health and AI researcher whose work focuses on developing and rigorously evaluating conversational agents, clinical AI tools, and privacy-preserving technologies to improve care delivery and address health-related social needs in pediatric and underserved populations.

Dr. Sezgins research spans clinical informatics, implementation , and health services research, with funding from NIH, HRSA, PCORI, and industry partners. He has published extensively on AI in healthcare, conversational agents, and digital interventions, and serves in editorial and national advisory roles in digital medicine and pediatric AI.
