Conference Room Reservations

Please use email for all requests: Avoid using Outlook for bookings; however, you may view reservation availability for Malachowsky Hall in Outlook in your calendar: select “Add Calendar” or “Open Calendar,” depending on your Operating System. Then click on “From (Shared) Address Book” and search @ Malachowsky Hall. HOBI conference room numbers start at 7000. You can also type @ Malachowsky Hall into the Location section or Room Finder tool when setting up an event to bring up options and reservation status.
