Join us this holiday season in supporting Peaceful Paths’ Holiday Giving 2024 donation drive! Donations will help their team support over 200 families this holiday season in the following ways!
Peaceful Paths is a certified domestic violence center serving survivors of domestic violence in Alachua, Bradford, and Union counties. They provide a wide range of services including emergency shelter, 24-hour helpline, victim advocacy, children’s programming, economic empowerment education and support, crisis counseling and support groups, community awareness and intervention, and violence prevention programs. What and Where to Donate
Donations can be placed in the orange donation box in the HOBI Breakroom anytime leading up to December 17 or at the HOBI Holiday Party at the Cade Museum December 13.
High need items to donate, unwrapped, include:
- Laundry basket or hamper with laundry supplies
- All size diapers & wipes
- Lotion, perfume, and/or makeup sets
- Axe/Old Spice gift sets for teen boys
- Winter clothing such as gloves, hats, and hoodies
- Flannel PJ bottoms for adult women or teen boys/girls
- Kitchen supply bucket (sponges, dish soap, towels, all-purpose cleaner, etc.)
- Gift Cards (gas, Target, Walmart, Amazon, Visa, or grocery stores)
- Twin, queen, and king bedding sets
- Puzzles and board games
- Slippers and robes
- Pot and pan sets
- Bake-ware
- Dish sets and kitchen items
- Earbuds
- Ladies under garments (all sizes)
- Athletic shoes (women’s size 7-10)
- Children’s books
- Wrapping supplies and gift boxes
