With many experts in medical data, the University of Florida was selected to join a major national award given by the National Institutes of Health’s All of Us Research Program to the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. Several other universities will participate in the $30 million effort to establish the Center for Linkage and Acquisition of Data (CLAD). UF’s participation in CLAD involves a group of 14 researchers led by Jiang Bian, Ph.D., and co-investigator Brittney Roth Manning, M.P.H., from the College of Medicine’s Department of Health Outcomes and Biomedical Informatics. UF has been involved with All of Us since 2016 as a health provider organization enrollment site.
