Dr. Mildred M. Maldonado-Molina has been selected to receive the “Methodology Center Distinguished Alumni Award” from Penn State! The Methodology Center, founded in 1989, is an interdisciplinary center funded by the NIDA Research “Center of Excellence” Grant Program (P50). Their mission is to develop and disseminate new methods for social, behavioral, and health sciences research focusing on vital public health issues, including substance abuse and HIV. She will receive the award on September 5, 2013.
